Jackson grew up in Columbus, Georgia. After graduating high school in 2001, his family moved to Orange Beach, and he went on to attend Auburn University – though the Gulf Coast remained his home. He spent his early years in insurance working with State Farm before moving to a local independent agency. He thrived in the agent business environment there for nearly five years, before transferring to SSIA in June 2016 to continue to grow his insurance knowledge and business. Jackson has established strong working relationships with his clients and providers, often traveling across the state to meet with partners and customers to ensure he’s providing them the best customer service. He is a former member of the Baldwin County Association of Realtors Affiliate Council where he worked with real estate professionals in marketing and networking.

When not in the office, Jackson enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their sons, Jack and Wesley. Together they enjoy fishing, hunting, cruising the lake or bay by boat, as well as landscaping and settling into their new home in Gulf Shores.
